The process is straightforward: clients schedule a pickup via web, email or phone (or soon via mobile app), and the packaging is collected within days. Once returned, containers are processed in local reconstitution facilities where they are washed, repaired or rebottled, tested, and prepared for reuse—maintaining UN standards where applicable.
