Jenny Minnock Acquires Full Ownership of the MDL JV Shareholding in Partnership with Mauser Packaging Solutions.

Jenny Minnock, Managing Director of Mauser MDL, has acquired full ownership of the family shares by buying out her father, Gary Cornforth. The transition marks the next chapter in this successful family-founded enterprise.
Gary Cornforth stepped down from his Managing Director role of MDL at the inception of the JV in 2016. Due to his shareholding Gary has remained on board as a consultant and board member and has had significant interest in the direction of the business and its achievements in recent years. The time has come for Gary to officially step down from his commitments at Mauser MDL following a lifetime of dedication and leadership. As the second generation to lead the business, Gary played a pivotal role in transforming what began as a wooden pallet company founded by his father, into a multifaceted industrial packaging business. Under his direction, the company evolved into steel drum reconditioning and into the reconditioning and washing of IBCs, solidifying its reputation for innovation and quality.
Landmark JV with Mauser
In 2016, Gary’s vision and drive helped secure a landmark joint venture with global packaging leader Mauser, resulting in the formation of Mauser MDL. This partnership positioned the company as a major player in the UK market, combining MDL’s decades of local expertise with Mauser’s global reach and resources.
