Our bespoke reconditioning service ensures that ‘total packaging life’ is gained from the IBC without compromising the containers aesthetics, safety, or quality.
We offer a customer-centric and comprehensive service, collecting all IBCs from customers and transporting them to our site in Manchester.
Using a team of dedicated, trained operatives, our packaging wash and reconditioning facility is then employed to fully service the IBCs under strict protocol to ensure the container is suitable for resale into industry.
Every container is serviced to original factory condition; any replacement components are manufacturers’ original. MDL implements an operation-driven quality management system registered to ISO9001. Moreover, MDL’s wealth of IBC supply lines enables us to supply customers IBC’s produced from the leading manufacturers, varying in all grades and specifications, to meet the demands of all market sectors.
Washed IBCs
Our trained and experienced staff utilise defined processes and the Mauser Reconditioning system to determine if a collected IBC can be washed. A decision is made based on the overall condition of the previous product contained.
All IBCs with washable bottles are pre-treated before going through the automatic washing system.
They interior and exterior is then fully washed and cleaned, using as little water as possible before the IBC is dried. After leaving the washing facility, IBCs’ valves and openings are sealed to make sure that there’s no way that IBC contents to leak. We will also complete minor repairs to IBCs.
