Drummer boy trading was opened, queen Mary installed for the bespoke, state of the art cleaning and reconditioning of steel drums
Manchester Drums Ltd
Manchester Drums Ltd – company began to diversify into IBC to compliment smaller packaging and customer / market demand
MDL Group
In this period the company was driven by upsurge in IBC demand across the market and no longer offered reconditioned steel drums to the market place. We also branched out into MDL industrial services and offered TWM packages to again compliment the work we did on Industrial Packaging.
Joint Venture NCG-MDL
MAUSER Group announces the formation of a joint venture with Manchester Drums Limited (MDL). MAUSER’s reconditioning division NCG in the UK and MDL merges as one company “NCG – MDL UK Ltd” to provide IBC services in the UK market.
Mauser MDL
Name change to Mauser MDL to follow the ‘we are one’ Mauser ideology offering complete lifecycle service to the customer and establishing the core Mauser brand in UK reconditioning
Ownership Transition
Jenny Minnock, Mauser MDL’s Managing Director, acquires all family shares from her father, Gary Cornforth.
